Your account and files

Accounts are intended for adults. Upload only material you own or have permission to process and reproduce. The default product scope covers single-color decorative objects and ordinary noncritical functional prints in the United States, with USD prices.

Your model approval

You approve an exact immutable artifact and specification. AI-generated shape may infer hidden surfaces and is not represented as an exact mechanical reconstruction. Geometric analysis does not guarantee manufacturability or certify a part for a particular safety use.

Price and purchase authorization

Quotes expire and depend on the exact geometry, quantity, process, material, finish, and destination. The final review presents shipping, service fees, applicable tax, and the maximum authorized total. A tool call alone is not purchase authorization.

For Treatstock orders, you pay printing, shipping and handling, and the Stripe processing estimate shown in the offer. A 3% concierge fee applies to those combined costs, with no minimum, rounded to the nearest cent. Applicable tax is shown separately.

The processing estimate is shown in the offer before payment. Review the final all-in total before approving payment. Future direct marketplace offers will state their own pricing.

After we confirm your printer has been paid and accepted the order, verify the actual processing charge, and confirm settled funds are available for the adjustment, any unused processing amount and the related concierge fee and tax are refunded automatically. If funding or reconciliation is unresolved, the adjustment remains pending for review.

Payment and fulfillment

A successful payment authorizes automatic submission of the approved order. The selected supplier handles packaging, carrier labels, and direct dispatch to the customer. We do not receive, store, pack, or handle the parts. Payment does not prove supplier acceptance or shipment. Substitution outside the approved offer requires review. Order state and exception history remain visible in your workspace.

Cancellation and refunds

A cancellation request is not supplier confirmation. Production progress can limit cancellation. Refunds follow the configured printing policy, payment status, and actual supplier settlement evidence. No travel-deposit policy applies to this product.

Generation attempts

Website generation packages state included attempts and deliverables. A failed technical task differs from a completed result you dislike. ChatGPT channels follow their own commercial eligibility and do not offer prohibited digital credit checkout. Model-only requests never authorize printing.

Restricted uses

Do not submit safety-critical parts, medical devices, weapons, or items outside configured supported categories. The platform may block uncertain geometry or escalate the case for operator review.

Evidence and test environments

Test suppliers, simulated payments, and local fixture results are explicitly labeled. They do not establish live fulfillment, delivered prints, published plugin approval, or supplier contract permission.
