The concierge premium is 3% of the printer’s price for printing plus shipping and handling, before tax, with no minimum. Amounts are rounded to the nearest cent. Any applicable tax is shown separately in the final total before you approve payment.

We help prepare your model and arrange the approved print order on your behalf. You choose the exact model, material, supplier, destination, and delivered total before payment. The printer makes, packs, and ships your parts directly to you. Any concierge fee is shown before you approve the purchase.

Upload an STL, 3MF, OBJ, or GLB. Select the source units, review real geometry checks, save a material and print specification, and approve the exact version. Enter the final address to compare qualified offers. You approve the final price before hosted payment.

Yes. Choose model-only when planning photo generation. Review and download the resulting model in your workspace. Neither generation nor a tool invocation authorizes a print purchase.

Checks identify properties such as size, disconnected shells, holes, normals, and sampled thin regions. Some checks can be uncertain or unavailable. A watertight model is not guaranteed to manufacture successfully; provider limits, orientation, supports, and finishing still matter.

Textures describe appearance, not physical shape. A single-color print does not reproduce photographic shading or painted details. Use geometry-only mode to review the actual shape.

For enabled suppliers, successful payment queues the exact authorized order for supplier submission. We do not place the print order before your payment succeeds. The order page tracks payment, supplier acceptance, production, shipment, cancellation, and refund separately. Payment alone does not mean a printer has accepted the job. An uncertain supplier response is reconciled before retrying.

Your selected printer or printing platform packs the order, purchases its own shipping label, and dispatches directly to your destination. We coordinate the order and tracking; we do not receive, store, pack, or handle the printed parts. Supplier delivery reports remain separate from independent delivery confirmation. Confirm receipt only after your order actually arrives.

Before payment, return to the model or address step and request fresh offers. A changed file, specification, quantity, or address invalidates old quotes and purchase authorization. After submission, ask support; changes may no longer be possible.

You can request cancellation through the order page. A request is not confirmation, and cancellation after production begins depends on supplier acceptance and the configured order policy. Refund status remains separate from cancellation status.

Availability depends on capability, configuration, permission, capacity, and actual test evidence. We do not replace unavailable providers with simulated quotes. Test suppliers are visibly marked and excluded from production discovery.

Technical failures are tracked separately from successful results you dislike. Recovery and credit restoration follow the configured entitlement policy and actual vendor settlement evidence. A submitted generation request is never blindly repeated after an uncertain response.
